ALLIED WITH CITIES ALLIED WITH EMPLOYERS
To enhance the quality of peninsula life by reducing the number of drive alone trips to, from, and through San Mateo County To increase recruitment and retention rates by building effective, no to low cost commute programs

The ALLIANCE is dedicated to addressing the challenges involved in getting to and from work in San Mateo County. Our goal is to help people find ways to get to work that are faster, cheaper, and/or easier through commuter information, employer programs, and city transportation demand management partnerships.

The Alliance is San Mateo County’s Transportation Demand Management Agency whose mission is to reduce the number of single occupancy vehicles traveling in, to and through San Mateo County, reducing vehicle emissions resulting in improved air quality. The Alliance is funded by the City/County Association of Governments of San Mateo County, the San Mateo County Transportation Authority, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission.

A major strength of the ALLIANCE is its ability to deal with transportation issues through its extensive network of allies. Creating partnerships provides the power to relieve traffic congestion in San Mateo County.

Join us; become an ally.
