Note: The rates and discounts shown for the Individual Shuttle passes are only for individual purchasers; Employers are not eligible. Employers may join the shuttle program by contributing per the consortium cost sharing schedule.

Shuttle Service Holiday
The shuttle observes a number of holidays each year. On these "Service Holidays," this route will not be in operation. Following is the list of non-service days:
• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

In addition to the days listed above, Caltrain may operate limited service on President's Day and the day after Thanksgiving. Unless noted elsewhere, the shuttle will maintain its normal schedule on days not observed as "Shuttle Holidays."

Rider Alerts

8/30/10 - Labor Day Holiday

This Alliance managed shuttle will NOT be operating on Monday, September 6, 2010 in observance of the Labor Day holiday.  Shuttle service will resume on Tuesday, September 7th.

6/23/10 - eRiderAlert Notification

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide automatic RiderAlert notifications at this time.  To resolve this issue in the future, we are working to implement RSS feeds for our Rider Alerts section.  Please check back soon for additional information.

6/23/10 - Alliance Individual Pass Program FY 2010-2011

In FY 2005/2006, the Alliance instituted a shuttle pass program for individual riders whose employer does not contribute to the service. Due to the popularity of that program, the Individual Shuttle Pass Program will continue in FY 10/11.
