Route Description
Station: Balboa Park BART This shuttle runs between the Balboa Park BART Station and the Brisbane - Crocker Industrial Park area office buildings during commute hours, with the exception of serving the Bayshore Caltrain Station in the afternoon, Monday through Friday.
A valid shuttle pass is required for this route.

Note: The rates and discounts shown for the Individual Shuttle passes are only for individual purchasers; Employers are not eligible. Employers may join the shuttle program by contributing per the consortium cost sharing schedule.
Residents: Brisbane residents can pick up a semi-annual pass, AT NO COST, from Brisbane City Hall, after showing proof of residency.

Station Loading Area BART: The BART shuttle pick up location is on the NW corner of Geneva & San Jose, below the cyclone fence. Look for large white PCAM buses.

The BART Shuttle serves the Bayshore Caltrain Station in the afternoon only by stopping across the street from the station. Please notify the driver in advance if you wish to be dropped off.

Shuttle Service Holiday The shuttle observes a number of holidays each year. On these "Service Holidays," this route will not be in operation. Following is the list of non-service days:
• New Year's Day • Memorial Day • Independence Day • Labor Day • Thanksgiving Day • Christmas Day
In addition to the days listed above, BART and/or Caltrain operate limited service on President's Day and the day after Thanksgiving.
• President's Day - Regular shuttle schedule • Thanksgiving Day - Reduced shuttle schedule
Reduced schedule: In the morning, only trips designated as "AM-B..." & "AM-C..." will operate. In the afternoon, only trips designated as "PM-A..." & "PM-C..." will operate. Please refer to the schedule to determine which trips are served. Unless noted elsewhere, the shuttle will maintain its normal schedule on days not observed as "Shuttle Holidays."

5/20/13 - Memorial Day Holiday
This Alliance managed shuttle route WILL NOT be operating on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27, 2013. Shuttle service will resume to its regular schedule on Tuesday, May 28th.
6/1/13 - NEW Alliance Individual Pass Rate (FY 2013-2014) - NEW LOWER MONTHLY RATE!!!
In FY 2013/2014, the individual shuttle pass cost will be lowered to $64 a month (calendar month). The "Specials" will continue to be available for those wishing to purchase more than one month at a time.
