BART STATION: South San Francisco

This shuttle runs between the South San Francisco BART Station and Oyster Point area office buildings during commute hours Monday through Friday. BART Employer Shuttles are funded in part by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District's Transportation Fund for Clean Air, SamTrans, San Mateo County Transit District, San Mateo County Transportation Authority - Measure "A" Funds and the Participating Employers listed above. Shuttles are open to the general public, but shuttle passes are required.

In an effort to better control costs and provide a greater benefit to participation in the shuttle consortium, the Oyster Point and Utah-Grand Employer Shuttle routes will move to a shuttle pass system. Employees of contributing companies should contact their Employee Transportation Coordinator to receive their passes.

If your employer is not a contributing member of the Oyster Point or Utah-Grand consortiums, please have your Employee Transportation Coordinator contact Karen Sumner for information on joining the group. She can be reached at 650.588.8170 or e-mailed.

Employees of non-contributing companies may purchase a semi-annual pass in advance from the Alliance. Contact the Alliance Shuttle Department at 650.588.8170.

Shuttle Pass Program
Beginning on April 3, 2006, the Oyster Point and Utah-Grand Employer shuttles will be an EXCLUSIVE benefit for participating South San Francisco employers. For information, contact the Alliance's shuttle department at (650) 588-8170 or via email.

Employers:
Passes will be provided semi-annually to participating South San Francisco employers, for distribution to their employees.

Non-participating Company Employees:
Contact the ALLIANCE to receive a Shuttle Pass Request form to purchase a semi-annual pass.

Payments can be made by check, money order or Commuter Check® via mail or in person. Checks or money orders should be made out to the Peninsula Traffic Congestion Relief Alliance. Our address is: 1150 Bayhill Drive, Suite 107, San Bruno, CA 94066.

No more than ten (10) Commuter Checks can be submitted as full or partial payment for a semi-annual pass and no change can be provided (Commuter Check's rule).

The Peninsula Traffic Congestion Relief Alliance is not responsible for any lost or misdirected mail either incoming or outgoing. Please allow two weeks for pass delivery.

South San Francisco Oyster Point Shuttle Service Holidays
The South San Francisco Oyster Point Shuttle observes a number of holidays each year. On these "Service Holidays," this route will not be in operation. Following is the list of City Approved non-service days:

New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

In addition to the days listed above, BART may operate limited service on President's Day and the day after Thanksgiving. On these two days, the Oyster Point BART shuttle will observe a reduced schedule. Only Bus B will operate. Bus A will not be in service. Please refer to the schedule to determine which trips are served by Bus B.

Unless noted elsewhere, the shuttle will maintain its normal schedule on days not observed as "Shuttle Holidays".
